On June 7th 2018, a day that marks a milestone in the history of the London Supply Group, congressmen from the Chamber of
Representatives of the Province of Misiones, unanimously approved the project supporting future initiatives of the London Supply Group Foundation. They also declared provincial interest in supporting
the San Ramon Nursing Home project, based in the city of
Puerto Iguazú.
The Provincial Deputy Dr. Oscar Alarcón, President of the House Health Committee and author of the project, presented a summary of all charitable activities and projects carried out by the Foundation to date. He described in detail the Nursing Home project and
the intensive care it supplies, which in his role as a medical
professional, he understands more than most. He also shared some deeply moving words about the value, importance and responsibility of caring for the elderly in our communities. He later spoke about the need to help children living in vulnerable conditions, and
highlighted the work carried out by the foundation to create what today is called Educational Park Barrio 1° de Mayo in
Puerto Iguazú.
Finally, with the blessing of the President of the Chamber of
Representatives of Misiones, a video detailing the London Supply Group´s projects was shown to the gallery of congressmen along with members of the public, who were emotionally moved
by the content.
In a year of great achievements for the London Supply Group
Foundation, we wanted to share yet another piece of positive news with you, whilst we continue to focus on the critical task of "putting more, where there is less”.
