Through an official event that was attended by Teddy Taratuty, president of the London Supply Group Foundation, municipal authorities and local media, on October 26, the donation and delivery of 888 units of Clarins brand alcohol gel to the Mayor of the Department of Maldonado, Uruguay.
These sanitizing products were distributed among eight homes, centers and groups of elderly belonging to the jurisdiction, designated by the Municipality, with the objective of contributing to the preventive measures established for the care of older adults in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. 19.
The recipients were: the “Eva González Olaza de Núñez” Nursing Home in Pan de Azúcar, the “Ginés Cairo Medina” Home in Maldonado, the Aiguá Nursing Home, the “Maestra Juana Guerra” Home, the “Ecilda Cardozo” Home ” of San Carlos, the day center of the Odizzio neighborhood and the groups of older adults "Alegría y Amistad" of Cerro Pelado and "Saber Vivir" from Maldonado Nuevo.
