In the context of the coronavirus pandemic public health emergency and the consequent increase in the demand for hospital equipment, the Foundation has worked with the Province of Misiones to donate twenty-five infrared thermometers, seven pulse oximeters and three digital blood pressure monitors to Hospital SAMIC in Iguazú, under the authority of the Ministry of Health of Misiones.
These state-of-the-art instruments we have provided to the public health system are extremely important tools in the hospitalization of COVID-19 patients. Among other uses, they help decrease exposure risk for medical staff.
During this national emergency, we continue, today more than ever, to join efforts with the government to safeguard our community and protect their health.
