A year ago, our foundation realized our dream, and opened the “Mother Teresa of Calcutta” nursery school.
The principle goal of this project is to address one of the major global health issues: to improve the cognitive development of young people by improving their nutrition.
The dream of the London Supply Group foundation was to donate a facility, in which babies and children could be nurtured and educated, to the highest standard possible.
Exactly one year ago that dream became a reality; thanks to our foundation almost 100 children enter a fully equipped building, equipped with – 4 halls, a multipurpose room, kitchen and medical offices. Along with various toys and an open-air garden, to allow the children to exercise the rights that even the smallest children have: the right to play. The nursery is equipped to welcome, nurture, love, and care for each baby that attends.
This new facility compliments two previous constructions donated by the London Supply Group Foundation, the “Donna Mercedes Garcia Taratuty” primary school, along with the “Don José Taratuty” secondary school. Therefore, collectively the three facilities can offer education and support, to local children from 45 days old babies through to 18 year old young people.
Due to the ongoing management of our foundation, we have now been able to accommodate afternoon classes in the nursery, which allows the staff to welcome families and their babies which are less than 45 days old.
Now, more than ever, we can relate to the inspirational words of Mother Theresa of Calcutta, “Life is a dream, realize it”
We will continue to realize our dreams, and will never stop dreaming bigger.
