Since 2008, the Foundation has collaborated with the Labrador Youth Education Center, through an internship program at the International Airport of El Calafate, and financially supporting projects developed by the students of that institution.

The goal of the internship is for students to enter the workplace and apply their acquired knowledge. Students practice as interns in the areas of maintenance and runway (men) and rates and administration (women) as a complement to workshops and courses offered at the Center.

Additionally, the Foundation supports the educational and building projects developed by the Centro Educativo Joven Labrador (Young Farmer Educational Center) since 2008. In 2012, for instance, the students developed a prototype for an electric car. In this project, students applied all the knowledge acquired throughout the year at the different workshops and worked in the assembly of the bodywork, the electric circuit as well as in the interior and exterior design of the vehicle.
