A few days ago we had the opportunity to see the facilities of one of our partners, the “Pupi Foundation.” There was a surprise at lunchtime when they produced alfajores for us to share. Fernando Bessaso, one of the leaders of the foundation, kindly showed us around the facilities and introduced us to some of the staff who contributes to the beautiful work the foundation performs. The Pupi Foundation provides children from impoverished backgrounds with nutritious lunches, as well as academic support with homework and the opportunity to participate in activities such as swimming in facilities close to the Foundation.
The idea of this noble program is to enhance the children’s development and nutrition, whilst working alongside their respective schools and kindergartens.
